Have a long debate with my colleague just trying to explain to him how to evaluate a situation and make a decision. He always want to boundary is very clear to see yes or no, but the situation is very complex, and information is not enough, we are at the grey and dark area, how every there is not possibly to make everything is clear then to make decision. we must make a best decision per the situation we have and from where we stand. If a people can not make decision when thing is not clear, we will missed many things.
So as a leader of a small group, you need to make decision no matter it is right or wrong. Make no decision is even worse than no decision.
